And details, did we mention details? There are so many details with this job opportunity that we’re looking for an extraordinary Client Services Manager that eats details for breakfast and keeps everything and everyone on track and on point. In essence you are the “General” manager.    ‍

Are you technically inclined? Like a wizard of optically efficient light emitting diode low‐ voltage alternating current multi‐volt transformers.  Do you know what that is? Probably not, but you’re really curious about it. You’re probably Googling it right now. You actually want to see it, touch it, and know all of its inner workings. You’re like that with all kinds of mechanical stuff, because you’re technically inclined. And by the way, you  definitely don’t need to know how to fix “technical”, although we do want you to be passionate about learning new things.

Education, Experience & Skills

Education & Experience

   
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
   
• Two years of related job experience and/or training in project or event coordination, vendor relations, project management, operations center, facilities or property management, customer service, or other highly administrative work environment

 Computer Skills

   
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   
• Familiarity with database driven or project management software        
  

Compensation & Benefits

‍Compensation:

   
• Competitive Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt) – Based on skills & experience
   
• Pay-for-Performance Plan (incentive bonus of up to 4-5% of gross pay based on meeting key goals and results for position)
